Use this recipe for great roasted vegetables, dipping sauce for bread, pesto hummus, and fish en papillotte
- 4 cups fresh basil, somewhat packed
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste, and blend again to combine thoroughly.
