This is a great thing to take to parties. It looks pretty and is a healthier option than some other celebratory options. I use my homemade roasted red pepper hummus, but you could certainly use store bought or another variety that you enjoy:
For the layered dip I just added a chopped English cucumber, a red bell pepper, and feta cheese. You can add kalamata olives too, but I didn’t since I don’t like olives.
